Salomon

From the trails to the front row

Few brands have managed to shift so seamlessly between performance and style as SALOMON.

Founded in 1947 in Annecy, at the heart of the French Alps, the brand built its reputation on technical excellence – developing some of the most advanced equipment for skiing, trail running, and alpine exploration.

Over the past decade, however, Salomon has undergone a remarkable evolution. What was once purely performance-driven has become a defining force within contemporary sneaker culture and found its way into the streets, onto runways, and into the wardrobes of a new, style-conscious generation.

Silhouettes like the XT-6 or ACS Pro stand at the center of this shift: uncompromising in function, incredibly comfy, and yet visually distinct. Their layered constructions, technical materials, and appealing color palettes resonated far beyond the trail – tapping into a wider cultural shift towards functional, design-driven apparel.

Today, the brand is as relevant in Paris or Tokyo as it is in the mountains surrounding Annecy – worn by athletes, creatives, and fashion insiders alike.
